Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kittd platform, available at getkittd.co.uk ("the Platform"). Please read them carefully. By registering for or using Kittd, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. About Kittd
Kittd is a football kit ordering platform that enables clubs, coaches, approvers and suppliers to manage the end-to-end process of customising, ordering, approving and fulfilling football kit. The Platform is operated by Kittd ("we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility
To use Kittd you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or be using the Platform under the supervision of an adult
- Be a registered member, admin, approver or supplier of a participating football club
- Have the authority to place orders or take actions on behalf of your club where required
- Provide accurate, complete and current information when registering
We reserve the right to refuse access or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at hello@getkittd.co.uk.
Accurate information
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. Providing false information, including impersonating another person or club, is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
One account per person
Each individual should have one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse the Platform is prohibited.
4. User Roles and Responsibilities
Kittd operates a role-based system. Each role carries specific responsibilities:
Coaches
Coaches may browse the catalogue and packages, build orders, and submit them for approval. You are responsible for the accuracy of player details, sizes and customisation options you submit. Orders once submitted are subject to the approval process and cannot be guaranteed to be amended.
Club Approvers
Approvers are responsible for reviewing submitted orders fairly and promptly. Approvers must act in the best interests of the club. Approving orders without proper authority or in bad faith is a breach of these Terms.
Club Admins
Club admins manage teams, members and club settings. You are responsible for correctly assigning roles and maintaining accurate club information. You must not grant admin or approver access to unauthorised individuals.
Suppliers
Suppliers are granted access to production orders for the sole purpose of fulfilling them. Supplier accounts must not be used to access data unrelated to order fulfilment. Suppliers must treat all order data, including player details, as confidential.
Admins
Platform administrators have elevated access and are responsible for using it only for legitimate platform management purposes. Admin actions are logged and subject to internal review.
5. Ordering and Payments
Orders
An order placed through Kittd represents a request to purchase football kit. Orders become binding only once they have been approved by a club approver and confirmed by the supplier. Draft and submitted orders are not contracts of sale.
Pricing
All prices displayed on the Platform are in pounds sterling (GBP) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Invoicing
Where a club has connected a FreeAgent account, invoices are generated automatically on order approval and sent to the sponsor or billing contact on file. You are responsible for ensuring that sponsor and billing details are accurate.
Cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed and is in production, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact your supplier directly if you need to discuss amendments or cancellations to a confirmed order.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Place fraudulent, fictitious or malicious orders
- Access, scrape or extract data from the Platform by automated means
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware or any malicious code
- Harass, impersonate or harm other users
- Use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under UK law
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Platform
- Resell or sublicense access to the Platform without our written consent
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we reasonably believe you are in breach of this section.
7. Intellectual Property
Our content
All content on the Platform — including the Kittd name, logo, design, software and written content — is owned by or licensed to Kittd and is protected by UK and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
Your content
Content you submit to the Platform — such as club badges, sponsor logos and player details — remains yours. By uploading it, you grant Kittd a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it solely for the purpose of providing the service (e.g. displaying it in orders and passing it to suppliers for production). We will not use your content for any other purpose.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Kittd, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
9. Third-Party Services
Kittd integrates with third-party services including Supabase (database and authentication), FreeAgent (invoicing), Twilio (SMS) and email delivery providers. Your use of these services through Kittd is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or conduct of third-party services.
10. Availability and Uptime
We aim to keep Kittd available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance or due to events outside our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice where this materially affects your use of the service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
- Kittd is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform
- We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate order information submitted by users
- We are not liable for delays or failures in kit production or delivery — these are the responsibility of the supplier
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you through the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kittd and its team from any claims, losses, damages or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or any content you submit.
13. Termination
By you
You may stop using Kittd at any time. To delete your account and request erasure of your data, contact us at hello@getkittd.co.uk.
By us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Where possible, we will notify you before taking this action.
Effect of termination
On termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability and indemnity — will continue to apply.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, our practices, or applicable law. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
