Approval workflow
Orders flow from coach → club approver → supplier. Nothing ships without the right sign-off.
Multi-channel notifications
Email, SMS and WhatsApp alerts at every order milestone. Editable templates per notification type.
Admin analytics dashboard
Revenue KPIs, order status charts, time-based approval metrics and top clubs/products leaderboards.
FreeAgent invoice integration
Approved orders automatically generate invoices in your connected FreeAgent account.
Multi-club membership
Coaches and approvers who work across more than one club can belong to multiple clubs without needing separate accounts.
Self-service club registration
Clubs sign up and get automatically provisioned: club created, Club Admin role assigned: the moment they verify their email. No manual admin step required.
Multi-club admin improvements
Users belonging to multiple clubs appear under all of them in the admin Users view. Club switching uses the full app shell rather than the stripped auth layout.
Active club visibility
Active club shown prominently in the sidebar and mobile drawer with an inline switch prompt: multi-club users always know which club context they're in.
Supplier portal
Dedicated portal for suppliers to manage their order queue, progress orders through production to dispatch, manage business details, and invite and manage staff.
Supplier product & pricing management
Suppliers manage their own product catalogue and set pricing per club: no admin involvement required for catalogue updates.
Stripe Connect marketplace
Suppliers and clubs connect their Stripe accounts to receive automatic payouts. Kittd collects a 5% platform fee on each transaction; fee payer is configurable per supplier.
Team credits
Club admins allocate credit budgets per team, optionally restricted to a product type. Coaches apply credits at checkout: balances update in real time.
Season management
Named seasons with start and end dates. Club admins create and archive seasons, assign orders to a season, and filter the orders list by season.
Club shop
A public-facing shop where supporters can order kit directly: no account required. Payment routes straight to the club's Stripe account.
Goalkeeper kit colours
Separate colour pickers for shirt, shorts and socks on the goalkeeper kit, shown alongside home and away kits in the club assets page.
Progressive Web App
Install Kittd on your phone's home screen for a native-like experience: no app store required.
PDF production sheets
One-click downloadable PDF per order with every player, garment, size and add-on: ready to hand to your print team.

Embedded Stripe onboarding
Suppliers and clubs complete Stripe Connect onboarding inside Kittd via the Stripe Connect Collect API: no redirects to another platform, no context switching.
Supplier analytics
Sales reports, popular sizes and garments, seasonal trends and club-level breakdowns for supplier business intelligence.
In-app messaging
Direct messaging between coaches and suppliers on a specific order, replacing back-and-forth email chains.
Individual player payments
Split payment between club funds and individual players: players pay their share directly via Stripe Checkout.
